Concerning the WPATH Standards of Care:

We use WPATH Standards of Care, but we are flexible and use these guidelines as optional recommendations and not as strict requirements.  We wish to provide for the optimum safety for our patients in each and every procedure that we perform.

We believe in informed consent and that each patient should be able and willing to have the surgical procedures that they need and desire.

We do not require any specific mental health clearance or hormonal therapy prior to facial or chest surgery.

We treat every patient as an individual, practice a holistic concept of medicine, believe in patient informed consent, and individually customize treatment for each and every patient.
